Ingredients For Kimbap Recipe
• 3 pieces of seaweed
• 1 cucumber
• 1 carrot
• Lean, unsalted rice (boiled)
• Boiled chicken
• Some kind of local Korean food
• 2 eggs
• The fish
How To Make Kimbap
• First, boil 1 bowl of rice without oil and salt.
• Add water to cover the rice. However, it may hold the bottom during cooking, stir occasionally.
• After boiling the rice, add apple cider vinegar, salt and a little sugar.
• Break 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk.
• Cook the eggs in a low-fat pan. Chop the cooked eggs in a julienne way.
• Also julienne the cucumber and carrots and fry them in a low-fat pan.
• Boil the chicken in less salt water.
• Cool the seaweed. Spread the boiled rice on the moss with 2 fingers space on it.
• Spread the eggs, carrots, cucumbers and chickens over the rice respectively.
• Then grease a long roll, starting to wrap around the edges.
• You can press the roller lightly with the roller to make it tighter.
• You can wrap the other seaweed with tuna and the last seaweed with kimchi.
• Then serve the kimbabs wrapped in small slices. Bon Appetit.
