Hi guys,

How often you go on a picnic?

Look at a forecast for the weekend and if it's sunny, it's time for a picnic.

What food to bring on a picnic?

Today and in a few next posts, I will write about healthy food ideas that are ideal for a day in nature. Continue reading I'm sure you will find interesting things.

The first recipe for healthy picnic food is bellow.

Sandwich is the perfect picnic solution. It can be made in advance and eat cold.

To make 4 healthy picnic sandwiches you will need:

  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 8 slices ham
  • Light cream cheese with spices
  • Salad (perfect to use is green salad, cucumber or tomato)

Instructions:

  • Take a slice of bread
  • Spread slice of bread with cream cheese
  • Layer a green salad, 2 slices of ham and slice of tomato
  • Place the second slice of bread on top and
  • Repeat procedure

After you make all sandwiches, wrap them in the foil or paper.

Sandwiches are ready for a picnic. :)
