今天我为steemit做的食物是红烧鱼,需要用到的食材: 红尾鱼1斤2条,生姜,酱油,糖,辣椒,香葱,料酒,盐,食用油,菜籽油
制作方法如下
- 将鱼洗干净,撒盐,放置一晚或3小时,让盐充分入味
- 煎鱼需要用到菜籽油,对比两种油的顔色,菜籽油顔色更深
- 锅里倒入300ML 菜籽油,油烧热,把鱼放入锅里煎
- 在煎鱼的过程,请不要翻动鱼,大约10分钟后,再翻动,(频繁的翻动鱼,不会有一条完整的鱼)
- 煎至两面金黄色,捞鱼出,把油倒掉,洗干净锅,重新倒入食用油,把鱼再放进去,倒入料酒前3-5分钟,酱油,少许盐, 加入少量的水和已经切好的佐料
- 煮5-10分钟,根据个人的喜好,加入辣椒,或者辣椒酱
美味的一盘红尾鱼就做好了,我做了两盘,一条超辣味,一条稍辣小孩们吃的 :)
