3.5 ounces blue cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 teaspoon hot pepper
2 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/3 cup minced fresh chives
3 pounds lean ground beef
1 teaspoon black paper
2 teaspoon dry mustard
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, blend the ground meat, blue cheddar, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dark pepper, salt, and mustard. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat flame broil for high warmth. Delicately frame the burger blend into around 12 patties.
Oil the barbecue grind. Flame broil patties 5 minutes for every side, or until the point that well done. Serve on rolls.
