4-5 large pieces of bread crumbs or about 2 cups diced
2 cups diced hot green peppers
2 medium tomatoes cut
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
6 eggs
1 cup almond milk (or milk choice)
1 teaspoon of Your favorite mix of spices (in this case it is used one that includes garlic powder, onion, oregano, sea salt, chili and pepper)
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (or basil)
60 grams of yellow cheese,
cilantro, sausage or frankfurters for more protein
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Lubricate a tray of butter or other fat of your choice. Put the baking pears at the bottom. Then put the chopped peppers, tomatoes, yellow cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of coriander. Sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and mix of spices. Beat until the eggs become fluffy. Pour the resulting mixture into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. When done, sprinkle with a little more oregano.
