Material:
2 fishes. Choose fresh fish. You can choose milkfish, carp, tilapia or goldfish
2 tsp lime juice
3 lbr orange leaves. Remove the bone leaves

Ground spices:
7 onions
5 garlic

How to make:

Halo sahabat stemian ada yang kepingin ikan panggang, sekarang saya akan memberikan resep ikan bakar.
Bahan:
2 ekor ikan. Pilih ikan yang segar. Anda dapat memilih ikan bandeng, ikan gurami, ikan nila atau ikan mas
2 sdt air jeruk nipis
3 lbr daun jeruk. Hilangkan tulang daunnya
2 btg serai. Dimemarkan
½ sdt garam
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Bumbu Halus:
7 bawang merah
5 bawang putih
1 ruas jahe
1 ruas kunyit, dibakar
¼ sdt mrica bubuk
4 kemiri, disangrai
Cara Membuat:
Sebelumnya, cucilah ikan sampai bersih. Buang kotoran yang ada dalam perut ikan.
Lumuri ikan tersebut menggunakan air jeruk lemon, kemudian taburi garam, lalu sisihkan
Panaskan minyak, lalu tumis semua bumbu halus yang disebutkan di atas
Tambahkan 2 batang serai dan 3 daun jeruk. Tumis semua bahan tersebut sampai tercium aroma harum.
Tambahkan garam secukupnya, lalu angkat dan pindahkan dalam wadah
Lumuri semua ikan menggunakan bumbu yang sudah ditumis. Diamkan 30 menit agar bumbu dapat meresap dengan sempurna
Siapkan alat pemanggang atau bara api dari arang batok kelapa yang dibakar
Letakkan daging ikan berjejer dan bakar semua ikan sampai berwarna kecoklatan. Sesekali olesi ikan yang sedang dipanggang tersebut dengan sisa bumbu tumis dan baliklah agar matang secara merata
Setelah selesai, angkat lalu sajikan ketika masih hangat
