Brunch? What is this brunch you speak of?
According to Google, it's a late morning meal eaten instead of breakfast and lunch.
So in other words, the BEST meal for those who LOVE sleeping in on a Sunday morning.
We stumbled upon this one fine Sunday morning in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. At a cozy, little pub named The Ship. I usually order an eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, but this place had this:
The best Crab Benedict we've ever had. Two crab cakes, topped with a pair of perfectly poached eggs on top of a bed of home fries with just the right amount of avocado.
Can't wait until we figure out how to make something like this!
