200 g of chocolate chocolate, usually dark
230 g butter
130 g flour
400 g sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
4 eggs
brownies:
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan of mild heat until it is completely melted, add the sugar and mix well. Stir one and one egg at a time into the chocolate / butter mixture. Stir about ½ minute after each egg. Indicate flour and vanilla sugar and mix well. Empty the batter in a small baking pan-shaped pan of about 30 x 20 cm and cook at 160 degrees for approx. 30 minutes. Brownies should be slightly tough in the middle and crispy on top. This recipe for brownies is good for freezing, but these are so good so we doubt anyone will be freezing ...
