½ l sugar
½ l wheat flour
3½ dl minimarshmallows
110 g of butter
1¼ dl sunflower oil
3 tablespoons dark cocoa
2 ½ dl Coca Cola
1 teaspoon of soda
1¼ dl food flow
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of real vanilla extract
icing:
110 g of butter
3 tablespoons of cocoa
6 tablespoons Coca cola
½ l of flour
1 teaspoon of real vanilla extract
Coca Cola cake:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Sift flour and sugar into a baking bowl and stir the marshmallows well. Set aside.
Heat butter, oil, cocoa and cocoa coke into a thick-bottomed pot and let the mixture boil. Pour it directly into the flour mixture and mix well together. Dissolve the baking soda in the food stream and add this into the batter together with the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix everything well together again.
Grease a 20 × 30 cm long pan with a little butter and pour into the batter. Cook the cake for approx. 45-50 minutes until it has a dry and nice surface.
While the cake is in the oven you make glaze. Pour the flour in a baking bowl. Pour butter, cocoa and coke into a pan and cook. Pour the mixture over the flour and stir well. When the glaze is smooth, add the vanilla extract.
When the cake is finished, glaze over while the cake is in the mold and let it cool to room temperature.
Coca Cola cake - it's moist, a bit sticky and seductively good.
