Chanterelles with onions, dressed with sour cream, can be added to any side dish, to meat. They are especially good with mashed potatoes. Also finely chopped chanterelles in sour cream are used as fillings for sandwiches, pies and other delicacies.

Ingredients:

400 gr. fresh chanterelles;
150 gr. sour cream 25% fat content;
200 gr. onions;
3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

Preparation:

Mushrooms soak in cool water for 15 minutes. Then finely chop.
Onions brush and cut into cubes.
In a frying pan pour the vegetable oil and pour the onion.
After 5 minutes add the mushrooms. Salt, pepper and cover. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Put the fried mass on a paper towel to cover all excess fat. Then put mushrooms in a container, add sour cream and mix well.
Serve chanterelles for mashed potatoes.
