Great post, like you 20 years ago I couldn't imagine eating sushi. I enjoy it regularly now too 😀

    Thank you eroche. I appreciate your insightful comments. I have another sushi post coming in the next couple of days, and once again the theme is CHANGE. You're right, it is a constant.
