Bahan Ayak A :

  • Satu cawan naik sendiri
  • Satu cawan koko
  • Satu sudu teh "baking power"

Bahan B :

  • Satu cawan air panas
  • Setengah cawan minyak(1/2 cawan)
  • Setengah cawan susu pekat manis(1/2 cawan)
  • 1/4 cawan gula halus
  • Satu sudu teh esen vanila

Cara-cara:
Pertama : Masukkan air dalam pengukus,biarkan api besar untuk air mendidih. Teruskan ayak bahan A.
Kedua : Masukkan bahan B dalam bekas besar. Mulai kacau dan tambahkan bahan ayak sedikit demi sedkit. Kacau
manja dengan spatula.
Ketiga : Sapu sedikit tepung+mentega pada loyang/bekas untuk elak melekat. Terakhir tapis adunan dalam loyang
siap untuk dikukus. Kukus 30minit atau sampai masak.
Toping : Ikut selera masing-masing.
