Hi everyone, have you ever eat meatball?. in Indonesia its call a "bakso".bakso is so delicious.actually the word of "bakso" come from Chinese. But bakso the original meatball seasoning concoction is formulated by Indonesian people and it feels more delicious as it is now. meatballs there are several kinds of dishes.they are chicken's meatball, noodles meatball,and mix meatball. # HOW TO MAKE IT

Meatball Material:

  • 1 kg beef, milledb
  • item50 g starch Eggs
  • 1 item Pepper powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic 4 cloves,
  • puree 40 cubes of ice, crush it
  • Water 2 L
    Step by step :
  • Add the ground beef in the container, mix the starch, eggs, powdered pepper, mashed salt and garlic.
  • Mix or knead by hand or can use the tool until everything is perfectly mixed.
  • If it feels the dough is still soft and difficult to form, then you can add ice cubes slowly until you feel the dough can be formed.
  • Boil the water in the pan until it boils.
  • Take the meat mixture by hand then round it well with both hands or with one hand pressed until the mixture comes out through the index finger and thumb.
  • Add the formed mixture into hot water.
  • Continue until all the dough runs out.
  • If the bakso has floated then the bakso is cooked. Lift.

HOW TO MAKE SAUCE

Material:

  • item Cow bone 200 g
  • Water 3 L Shallot 5 cloves,
  • fry and puree Garlic 7 cloves,
  • fry and puree Instant beef broth
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pepper
    *1 tsp 4 leeks, take the white part, slice.

How to make it :
