Thank you for sharing. I love bocconcini, and you're right, it's up to me to try my own version of bocconcini. Believe me, I look for different recipes online, but every time I try to cook them, they just don't come out like restaurant quality. The bocconcinis won't come out as crispy. Either I don't deep fry them longer, or the way I prepared it from the beginning. Of course, I am not a chef. What am I even trying to prove? Also, I can't add sesame seeds because my husband is highly allergic to sesame.
