If you want, you can also freeze these hamburger steaks for weeks in the freezer - and it is not necessary to thaw each of them before taking them to the oven or to the frypot, remove them from the freezer and take them directly to the fire. To freeze the hamburger steaks, after shaping them, wrap them with plastic wrap so that no part is left uncovered.

❹ To roast them, take them to the oven very hot in a source with a jet of oil for around 20 minutes - adjust according to the point of the desired meat.
