BALLS KNOW
Material:
- 8 pieces of tofu
- 10 btr quail eggs, boiled
- 1 btr chicken egg
- 1 btg leeks, chopped
- 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
Ground spices:
- 2 Spring onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
Coatings:
- Bread crumbs
How:
- Crush the tofu until it becomes smooth
- Add the finer spices, spring onions, chicken eggs, salt and sugar. Stir well.
- Put the flour, stir well again.
- Flatten the dough tofu, then give quail eggs. Round. Then put in the bread flour, roll until the bread flour sticks. Do it until it runs out.
- Fried the balls know to crisp and golden yellow. Lift and serve with chilli sauce.
Note: 10 quail eggs turned out less yaaa, can be added more eggs. Yesterday the rest of the dough know I flip so aja shaped coins, without stuffed quail eggs, the result tetep delicious.
