Eating and drinking are essential for our body, Every food has different benefits but if you eat on time it will give you more benefit. There are some food and drinks if you take it at the wrong time it can give some opposite reaction. There are many food and drinks but I will talk about some of them.
1: MILK
Drinking milk is the routine of us for many years and it is also a part of our human body diet.it (MILK) has lots of vitamins and minerals which is for maintaining good health. A glass of milk will provide you with almost 37% of calcium which is very healthy and it is more nutritious than meat and some eggs. As you know there are different animal milk like Cow milk, buffalo milk and goat milk etc but the question is that which one is more beneficial.so all are very beneficial for our body but the Goat milk is more beneficial as compared to remainings because it has more vitamins and minerals and it is easy to digest.but it is more expensive than cow and buffalos milk.
Best time to drink Milk:
The Best time to Drink Milk is the evening time just 2-3 hour before bedtime never drinks milk immediately before bedtime because of the digestion problem.
Do not drink hot milk:
when you boil the milk take some time to warm milk and then drink a little hot but better is that to drink cold milk because hot milk will increase the gas level.
Don't Add Sugar:
Do not add sugar to milk because it will generate mucus. it will also interfere with the level of sugar.if you need sweet milk you need to add some level of honey.
GREEN TEA:
Usually, people drink green tea right after their meal but remember don't take green tea immediately after your meal take a gap of at least 1-2 hours.Take 2-3 cups of green tea a day but do not exceed because of it excess can result in toxicity or can also damage the liver.
Do not take Green tea on empty stomach:
when u take green tea on empty stomach it starts your day with much-required impetus.it will badly effect the stomach balance s try to take a glass of water and honey or simply go for a fruit(Apple).
Not Even Late Night:
Do not take green tea late in the night it can increase your stress level and can also interfere with your sleep.
WATERMELON:
Watermelon is the fruit with the lowest calories.it has only 45 calories per cup.it has even less than berries. it contains vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, Potassium, Magnesium etc.it will be more beneficial when you are looking to lose weight, it is also known to promote heart care, kidney health also reduce heat level.it helps in blood normalization.
Nutritionist, Dr. Shilpa Arora said watermelon contain 94% of water and it has also fiber which is best for the diestion process.
Do not eat too much:
Don't eat too much watermelon it may Cause Diarrhoea And Other Digestive Problems and May Cause Over-Hydration Or Water Intoxication.

it helps in to keep hair and skin in good condition
it helps in digestion.
BANANA:
Banana is considered to be the most complete food.it contains vitamins, minerals, micronutrients,fibres,calcium and phosphorus.The Right time for eating banana is afternoon but if you want to eat banana at night then you will need to drink warm water after it because it will help you in the digestion of banana and will also decrease the gas problem.
Apple:
The best fruit ever you can take Apple early in the morning after a glass of water.it is not the best choice to eat any fruit right after a meal it will not digest properly as it is digest on empty stomach. you have to take at least 30 min break after taking meal.
Choose your diet properly every fruit has benefits when you will eat it at right time.

@faiziikhan can we eat banana in early morning in empty stomach? One of My friend told me that eating banana in empty stomach will gives you a lot of energy for the whole day.
