This Japanese dish is made with rice and is usually accompanied with: sesame, salmon or trout, depending on each taste it can be raw or cooked marinated with rice vinegar, sugar, salt. Both other ingredients that make it up as vegetables, fish or seafood. This dish is one of my favorites and one of the most recognized in Japanese gastronomy and very popular internationally.
Known as "sushi" is a delight friends. This name comes from the Japanese words "their rice, and shi (vinegar of rice, vinegary).
Dichi Japanese dish is associated with fish and seafood, you can also add vegetables and eggs, or even another companion. Some traditional fresh products that accompany rice do not always have to be raw. It is also added boiled or fried preparations.
The name "sushi" refers to the preparation of the rice and that the accompaniment, although it is relevant in the flavor, does not make the dish itself. There is another variety of sushi accompaniments internationally, the ideal is that each region create typical accompaniments of the place with fish or fruits from the region that are identified with the taste of each person and the local cuisine. However, you should refrain from the use of raw freshwater fish, since, unlike sea fish, it may contain salmonella.
