Chicken Korma

Ingredients :

  1. Chicken 500gm.
  2. Ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoon .
  3. Chopped onions 300gm.
  4. Green chilli 5-7 piece.
  5. Yogurt 250gm.
  6. Bay-leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper 3pieces each.
  7. Red chilli 1 tablespoon.
  8. Oil and ghee(Clarified butter).

Process:

  1. Put the pan over the stove and add 250gm oil.
  2. Fry the onions until nice golden and crispy.
  3. After the onions turn into golden put out 3/4 of it and rest it until use.
  4. Now add the dry spices on to the pan and fry for a while.
  5. Add ginger, garlic paste and red chilli powder.
  6. Now add the chicken and keep the flame on medium and cooked it until the oil comes over the pan.
  7. While the oil comes over the pan, add yogurt and rest of the onion fry on it and cooked another 15-20 minutes on low heat.
  8. Add salt, green chilli, ghee 3 tablespoon and sugar as per taste. Cooked another 3-5 minutes.
  9. Now serve it.
