Ingredients :
- Chicken 500gm.
- Ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoon .
- Chopped onions 300gm.
- Green chilli 5-7 piece.
- Yogurt 250gm.
- Bay-leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper 3pieces each.
- Red chilli 1 tablespoon.
- Oil and ghee(Clarified butter).
Process:
- Put the pan over the stove and add 250gm oil.
- Fry the onions until nice golden and crispy.
- After the onions turn into golden put out 3/4 of it and rest it until use.
- Now add the dry spices on to the pan and fry for a while.
- Add ginger, garlic paste and red chilli powder.
- Now add the chicken and keep the flame on medium and cooked it until the oil comes over the pan.
- While the oil comes over the pan, add yogurt and rest of the onion fry on it and cooked another 15-20 minutes on low heat.
- Add salt, green chilli, ghee 3 tablespoon and sugar as per taste. Cooked another 3-5 minutes.
- Now serve it.
