Fish Cutlet

Ingredients:

1.Fish (Snapper 4 Piece)
2.Turmeric Powder, black pepper powder, grammasala powder and coriander powder
3.Boil Potato (4 Piece)
4.Parsley
5.Pepper
6.Onion and garlic paste
7.Oil
8.Egg
9.Breadcrumbs and
10.Salt

Process:
First boil the fish with little bit of salt. After that remove the bone from the fish and mash it with potato. Add all ingredients except egg and oil and make small round ball. Give those some style as your wish. Put the pan on the oven and add oil. Take a bath of those small ball into egg and rub with breadcrumbs nice &gently. Fry those cutlet until looks nice golden brown. Garnish as your style and serve to taste.
