I'm @FarhadChef , today I prepared a post with a delicious and diet #salad called spinach and pasta.👨🍳🥗
We prepare the ingredients together:

| Pasta | 100 g |
| Baby Spinach | 400 g |
| Dried truffles | 1/2 cup |
| Indian almonds | 1/3 steps |
| Orange fillet | 1/4 cup |
| Chopped coriander leaves | 1/4 cup |
So the ingredients for this salad dressing are as follows:

| Balsamic vinegar | 1 pc |
| Garlic | 2 cubes |
| Soya sauce | 1/2 cup |
| Grape juice | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | 1/4 teaspoonful |
| olive oil | 1/2 cup |
Cooking time 20 minutes.♨️
How to cook this salad:
1- First, cook the pasta with some salt and oil, and under cold water to cool.
2. Mix the pasta with baby spinach, Dried truffles, Indian almonds, orange fillet and coriander leaves.
3. In a saucepan of grape juice, mix soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, and when it reaches the boiling point add garlic and olive oil to it and adjust it.
4. Salt and salad dressing.
5. Put the material in a suitable container, garnish and serve.

سرآشپز فرهاد هستم امروز با یک
سالاد رژیمی و فوق العاده خوشمزه در خدمتتون هستم به نام اسفناج و پاستا🥗مواد لازم را با هم آماده میکنیم :
پاستا پاپیونی 100 گرم
بیبی اسفناج 400 گرم
كمبري خشک شده 1/2 پیمانه
بادام هندی 1/3 پیمانه
فیله پرتقال 1/4 پیمانه
برگ گشنیز خرد شده 1/4 پیمانهخب مواد لازم برای سس مخصوص این سالاد به شرح زیر است :
سرکه بالزامیک 1پیمانه
سیر 2 حبه
سویا سس 1/2 پیمانه
شیره انگور 1ق غ
نمک 1/4 ق . چ
روغن زیتون 1/2 پیمانه♨️زمان و پخت و آماده سازی 20 دقیقه
طریقه طبخ این سالاد:
1- ابتدا پاستا را با مقداری نمک و روغن پخته و زیر آب سرد قرار میدهیم تا خنک شود.
2- پاستا را با بیبی اسفناج، کمبری خشک ، بادام هندی ، فیله پرتقال و برگ گشنیز مخلوط میکنیم.
3- در تابه ای شیره انگور،سویا سس و سرکه بالزامیک را با هم مخلوط کرده و زمانی که به نقطه جوش رسید سیر و روغن زیتون را به آن میافزاییم و ادویه آن را تنظیم میکنیم.
4-سس را روی سالاد ریخته و هم میزنیم.
5- مواد را در ظرفی مناسب ریخته ،گارنیش و سرو میکنیم.امیدوارم درست کنید و لذت ببرید
