STEP 2 - Do not skip your Breakfast.
Never skip your breakfast & you should try to eat on time. The quantity of protein sholud be high in your breakfast than the fats & carbohydrates.
STEP 3 - Go in the Sun
Vitamin D is a unique vitamin that most people do not get enough of. In fact it is estimated that more than 40% of American adults have a Vitamin D deficiency.
STEP 4 - Keep Hydrated
Water increases your calorie burning capacity & removes waste from the body.
