Although I am an engineer, I always imagine what a competition between different fruits would be when it comes to giving us a benefit as consumers, so let's imagine that the Kiwi and the Strawberry are prepared to compete with each other.

Both Kiwi and Strawberry are sources of vitamin C, antioxidants, consume them is very convenient because they help improve the immune system by preventing flu, colds and other associated pathologies, have beneficial properties for the stomach because its frequent consumption by its High fiber content helps prevent constipation.
For this competition we consider, on the one hand, its origins and, on the other, the benefits that it can offer to our health.
Kiwi
The kiwi is a small fruit, with a brownish fuzz on the outside and its bright green interior. It is native to China, although it was later taken to New Zealand, where it is now cultivated intensively. It was called kiwi because of its resemblance to the homonymous bird, very popular in Oceania.

Benefits
One of the nutrients of Kiwi is vitamin C which is a powerful antioxidant, it has the ability to neutralize free radicals which makes the kiwi a perfect neutralizer of bodily harm, especially those that have to do with aging.
Consuming this fruit allows to keep the cells of our body younger and allows us to maintain health, each fruit individually has 98 mg per 100 grams of vitamin C. It has more quantity than oranges and lemons. A kiwi contributes more than 80% of the daily requirement of vitamin C.
Among the benefits that kiwi gives our body are:

Reduces constipation
Ideal in slimming diets
It is diuretic
Improves digestion
Improves blood circulation
Strengthens the osseous system

Strawberry
The wild strawberry comes from the Alps and is known since prehistoric times. The strawberry of today is a variety of strawberry that comes from two American species that were mixed upon arrival in Europe. The strawberry as we know it now is a triangular shaped fruit, red in color, formed by small dots, with an intense perfume and delicious flavor.

Among the benefits that the strawberry gives to our body are:

Conclusion
In this healthy competition not only I have thought that both fruits compete with each other, but also could live in our table, you can imagine for example decorating a cream pie adorned with these fruits.
Considering the benefits of both fruits to health we can assure that in this healthy competition of these fruits, they have been with similar qualifications.

the color of the strawberry alone should suggest it is healthier than kiwi. generally speaking, any fruit that is red/blue/purple/black is typically healthier

I like these fruits. Usually in California the chinnesse pastry make the cakes, they are delicious.
