Sugar, sugar, sugar...everyone has their own opinions. Natural sugar, such as in fruits & vegetables 👌🏻 But sugars in ice cream, candy, brownies...👎🏻

Here's a quick guide to help you replace the sugar in your cookies or cake with honey...a healthier option!

1/4 cup --> 3 TBS honey
1/3 cup --> 3 TBS honey
1/2 cup --> 1/3 cup honey
1 cup --> 3/4 cup honey
2 cups --> 1.5 cup honey
