Hello everybody!
Today I made pie of cottage cheese and broccoli so I decided to share my recipe with you!
This is very simple and healthy version with only 4 ingrediens: low-fat cheese, oats, eggs and broccoli.
This meal is full of protein with some dose of healthy fats and carbs.
Also it is full of fiber, which is good for your diggestion!
Ingredients
- one piece of broccoli
- 300 grams of low-fat cheese
- 3 eggs
- 50 gr of milled oats
- water, salt, oregano, pepper
How to make
Prepare all ingredients:
Place broccoli in a blender and mix it.
Now add eggs and oats and mix again.
Then add cheese, salt, oregano, pepper (or whatever you want) and mix it one last time.
Now place the mixture on the plate with baking paper and bake it on 200°C for about 30-40 minutes.
And that's it!
You can start to enjoy in your healthy meal... You can eat this in every period of day without worries about getting fat.
It's ideal for everyone who is on diet, be it for weight loss or gain weight, you just adjust portion.
