Lately you've certainly heard many times the term superfood. But what is that superfood?
It is a food rich in phytonutrients - the type of antioxidants, consumption of which the human body brings many benefits, especially in the fight with severe heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, osteoporosis and cancer.
