Sugar can cause real addiction, similar as it can cigarettes (nicotine), alcohol or coffee!
Sugars are carbohydrates and a source of energy in food. They are, in the natural form, are in some foods, such as fruit and dairy products, or added to the other ingredients. The problem with sugar is that people have lost the sense of moderation.
By the term of sugar, we usually mean sucrose sugar, a molecule consisting of two parts, ie. Of glucose and fructose.
Glucose is the sugar that travels our veins, and fructose in the body breaks down into glucose, and as it provides a quick source of energy cells.
The biggest problem is that the sugars are very well hidden. Although sugar is sweet, almost no salty foods that you can buy in the store, but it does not contain this "poison". Bread, salty and sweet pastries, sauces and soups are full of sugar, but people often forget this.
White sugar, except it does not benefit the body and has no nutritional value, it really is harmful. The biggest problem is that the digestion of sugar consumed supplies vitamins, amino acids and minerals.
People with diabetes should avoid foods in which sugar is the main ingredient - sweets, cakes and the like. They also have to maintain body weight at a normal level.
White sugar is especially harmful to children, the elderly and women because the body takes calcium and minerals, especially chromium.
Artificial sweeteners (Natren, Stevia...)
Although artificial sweeteners are for years advertised as salvation for diabetics, recent research shows that they have equally bad affects insulin levels and blood sugar. When receptors in the mouth feel sweet taste, they send a signal to the brain to prepare for the arrival of sugar. The body responds by making secretion of insulin, and converts sugars into fat. No matter what artificial sweetener is not sugar, your body reacts the same way, and regular use can lead to the fact that your body starts to absorb more sugar.
What else you should avoid becaouse of hidden sugar
WHITE FLOUR - White flour is free carbohydrates, which your body absorbs as fast as sugar.
WHITE RICE - The process of refining of healthy rice says plain carbohydrates, which behaves the same as flour.
CERTAIN FRUITS - Although the fruit is always a good choice, and it should have a degree. There are certain fruits that are full of natural sugar, and thus stimulate our desire for this unhealthy food. Banana, watermelon and pineapple are the best examples of this.
SOME VEGETABLES - corn, potatoes, sweet potato and pumpkin are packed with carbohydrates. Although they have a lot of vitamins and minerals, these foods in our body are converted into ordinary sugars.
FRUIT JUICE - Because do not contain any fibers or proteins, fruit juice is rapidly absorbed, and raise blood sugar. In addition, they often have added sugar, so you should be very careful
Sugar is the main ingredient in about 90% of processed foods. It can be found literally in all. Does this affect my body? Yes. Is sugar bad? Yes. Do you need to stop to enter the sugar? Not. The point is simple - be moderate with intake of sugar, as well as with all the others!

i noticed as every poison it builds some tolerance but as long you don't consume sugar anymore you become very vulnarable and overreactive to it. i feel dizzy now even having a cookie..
