EGGPLANT WITH GARLIC AND MAYONNAISE.

 Composition:
Eggplant – 2 PCs.
Garlic – 5 cloves.
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Flour – 3 tbsp

Method of preparation:
1. Eggplant wash, cut into slices 1 cm thick, RUB with salt, leave for 30 minutes, then wash thoroughly.



2. Mix flour with black pepper.



3. Coat the eggplant on both sides in flour.



4. Fry on high heat in vegetable oil slices of eggplant, about 3 minutes each side.



5. Peel the garlic and passed through chesnokodavilku, mix with mayonnaise.
