For a big bowl, mix the following:
- 1/8 chopped red cabbage
- seaweed. Russian stores have this.
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 bell pepper
- any cheese. I used mozarella. Avoid to make it vegan.
- any seeds. I used chia, pumpkin and flax
- olive oil
- any vinegar. I used apple cider vinegar
- salt to taste
Tomato: I didn't put it because the salad gets watery when stored in the fridge. If you like, chop a tomato for every serving.
Spice it up?
- chili
- lemongrass
- turmeric + black pepper (healthy combo)
