For today's post I decided to make a meal with more proteins and beans seems to have a lot of them. It's also a healthy vegetarian recipe and it's really tasty.
Ingredients:
- red bean
- carrots
- onion
- garlic
- peppers
- olive oil
- corn flour
Follow those easy steps to make this great recipe by yourself. You won't believe it how easy will be and the taste it's absolute delicious. Here we go!
First, put the olive oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, then let them on fire for 2-3 minutes until they become yellow.
Next, you can add the carrots and some water and let them boil for 10-15 minutes.
Now you can add the peppers and bean and let them boil for another 15 minutes.
In the meantime put some water in a pot, add a little olive oil and some salt. After the water boiled, add corn flour and mix until thickened. Continue to mix it for at least 10 minutes and keep the fire small.
Now the meal is ready and you can enjoy it with your family or your friends.
