I'm Foodini and i hope that you will like my litlle magic tricks in the kitchen! :)
This is my first post with recipe on Steemit, so first and foremost I would like to welcome you all warmly!
Today I will show you my recipe for a quick, simple and healthy breakfast - exotic Shakshuka in just 5 simple steps!
So let’s do it! :)
INGREDIENTS ( for 2 portions )
4 large eggs
250 grams of tomato passata
1/2 large onion
1 tbsp of butter
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
TO SERVE
few sprigs of chives
fresh bread
4 cherry tomatoes
few leaves of rocket salad
Add’s list it's just a suggestion and you can use your favorite ingredients! :)
PREP
- Heat a large pan on medium fire and add butter.
- Slice the onion, add to pan and fry about 5 minutes, stir it from time to time.
- Add tomato paste, cumin, salt, pepper, mix everything together and cook for 6-7 minutes until the water from the sauce slightly evaporates and it will get quite thick.
- Gently hit all the eggs into the small bowl, make a recess in the middle of the pan and pour the eggs into the center.
- Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat to small and wait 3 minutes ( the yolk should still be liquid ). After this time, move the pan away from the fire and gently put the eggs on the plate. Add bread and other toppings and fresh, delicious breakfast is ready!
As you can see the recipe is simple, quick and you can buy all ingredients in any store!
I hope you will try to prepare it at home! Let me know in comment what you think about it! :)
Have a magical day!

Ps. I am constantly improving my English, so please excuse me for some mistakes! :)
Welcome to Steem, @foodini.
Looks delicious! I think I already know what I want to eat tomorrow morning already.
Is there any reason you've put #blog and #busy tags in the post? I'm not Steem Tag Specialist, but those two seem wrongly used to me in here.

@perduta I'm glad you want to check this recipe! I hope you will like it! :)
I'm not a tag specialist either, so if I did something wrong, it was not my goal.
I chose the #blog tag because all of my entries will be about food and the surrounding area. I will always add a picture of them did by myself, but it will not always be only recipes - I plan to to publish coverage of my trips, restaurants, etc. I want to show the part on my life in form of blog.
In this context, this tag is correct for you?
The #busy tag is actually not the best fit and the future will avoid it.
Other accounts with recipes that im watching, add it so i think it is a standard tag.
I apologize for the mistake and I will do my best to improve! :)

Using #busy tag is not wrong, especially if you are using busy.org frontend. If you use #busy tag while posting on busy, they will give you an upvote, which is proportional to amount of SteemPower of your followers.

@noisy thanks for the explanation! I thought that the algorithm caught the wrong tag and thanks to that I have such a "stunning" result. :)
It turns out that this is more a matter of my content and I must be even more involved in future posts. :)
