Hello steemit :)

Many of us know that is Mozzarella, but how about Burrata? Burrata, meaning "buttery" (burro - butter) in Italian.
It's a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream.

Burrata is best eaten as fresh as possible. Texture is creamy and stringy. I made a video to show..

As for me, one of the best cheese. I ll strongly recommend try it with olives, pepper, tomatoes and salad leaves (rucola). It can be a good and healthy alternative for launch.
