Ingredients:
▪ 4 medium tomatoes, broken down
▪ 4 unopened, crushed onions
▪ 1 red onion, chopped
▪ 1 cluster of coriander, chopped
▪ 1 garlic, crushed garlic
▪ 1 green peppery specimen, crushed
▪ black pepper, ground
▪ 4 x 150 grams of meat (fat or fat-free meat)
Preparation:
Dissolve tomatoes, green onions, red onion, coriander, garlic, green pepper and black pepper.
Drain a pan that does not stand and bake the meat without oil: 1 minute less; 2 minutes between; and 3 minutes done exactly.
Place the sauce on the plate and serve with the meat placed above.
