Quesadilla ek meksikan pakavaan hai jo pighala hua paneer ke andar ek tosted torila ke alaava kuchh bhee nahin hai. "quaiso" ka matalab spenish mein "thoda pyaara" hai. paneer ke alaava, aap ek quaisadill mein vyaavahaarik roop se kuchh bhee daal sakate hain. aap pyaaj, masharoom, tamaatar, kisee bhee sabjiyaan, maans, paneer, tale hue ande, guaakomol, jheenga, jaitoon aadi jod sakate hain. saamagree ko bharane se pahale safed kiya ja sakata hai ya khaana pakaane ke bina joda ja sakata hai. yah pooree tarah se vyaktigat svaad par nirbhar karata hai. aap ise shuddh shaakaahaaree ya yahaan tak ki kombo bhee bana sakate hain. aap apane svaad ke anuroop kuchh masaale bhee jod sakate hain. aap ise bhojan ke roop mein praapt kar sakate hain ya ise skleses mein kaat sakate hain aur kechap ke saath ek snaiks ke roop mein ho sakate hain. yahaan ek saamaany nuskha hai.

paneer par thoda sa sokted mishran (lagabhag 2 bada chammach) joden.
sheersh par kuchh aur paneer daalen aur ise ek aur torila ke saath oopar rakhen.
garmee ko kam karane aur pain ko kavar karane ke lie kam karen. ek minat ke phlip ke baad aur ise ek aur minat tak chhod den jab tak ki paneer andar pighala na jae aur torilla achchhee tarah se bhoore rang ke hote hain.
pain se nikaalen aur vejes mein kaat len. kuchh himashail salaad, saalsa, khatta kreem, kechap ya guachamolai ke saath parosen.
