Mushroom soup. For vegetarians.

I love mushrooms in any form. Firstly, it is delicious, and secondly, nourishing, and third, they quickly prepared and combined with almost all the ingredients of potatoes, carrots, pasta, buckwheat, anything you want.

Ingredients:

1. mushrooms - 500g

2. Potatoes - 3 pcs

3 carrots - 1 pc

4. Onion - 1 pc

5. Garlic - 2 cloves

6. dill, parsley

7. Salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Clean the potatoes, cut into cubes. Fill with water the potatoes, add salt and cook.

2. Carrots clean and rub on a grater. Fry. Add the onion, we finely chop. Add salt.

3. Wash the mushrooms. Cut (I like large pieces). Add the mushrooms to our potatoes.

4. When the potatoes are almost ready, it is necessary to add the fried onions and Morecambe.

5. Add the pepper and chopped garlic. Cook another 5 minutes and turn off the fire.

6. Sprinkle soup with chopped herbs and add the sour cream.
