Breakfast and Dinner with Tarhana Soup and Great Steak

Hello Again Stemians,

Today i will talk about about my morning meal ( breakfast ) and dinner. Few weaks ago we went comedy show with my girlfriend at Zorlu Mall, Istanbul, Turkey. Comedy show made by Tolga Çevik who is famous comedien in Turkey. While we waiting show, we ate great dinner, so i will speak about that day's meals.

Morning

I really don't had time to prepare breakfast for myself so i just cooked Tarhana Soup that morning.

What is Tarhana Soup?

Tarhana Soup is a trandional soup made in villages. It have to preapare in villages because it generally needs dry air. It prepeared in end of the summer and stocked for the winter in old times. Important part come from yoghurt and herbs. It contains many vitamins also this food very good for our digesting system.

This is the tarhana soup and radish food with lemon from my kitchen table view.

Dinner

Ahh dinner was great. We ate in great restaurant with great chefts in Zorlu Center Mall. This is a great steak without any blow. I mean it did not crushed by heavy object.

This steak served with spinach and steak cooked medium rare. There is an delicious sauce at top of steak but i really don't remember sauce's name. It was hot and creamy.

Those dishes served with salad and fried chips. Even those are prepared with great and detailed work.
