CHICKEN LIVER IN SOUR CREAM.

 Composition:
chicken liver - 500 gr.
vegetable oil
tomato - 2 PCs.
onion - 1 PC.
salt - to taste
sour cream - 1 Cup.

 Method of preparation:
1. Liver wash, drain the water, remove veins and all that liver color. Cut into small strips. Fry the liver in a small amount of vegetable oil on low heat for 10 minutes, add the chopped onions.

2. Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the peel. Finely chop. Add the crushed tomatoes to the liver.

3. Simmer to soften the tomatoes.

4. Pour in the liver Cup sour cream. Add Adygei salt or regular salt + spices). Stew under the cover for another 5-7 minutes.
