Today I learn how to make "aallu paratha"
Its a dish made up of boiled patato filled, added spices and salt into it. After then this mixture is filled into the doe and then pressed. As in form of circle and cook it on hot tawa with some oil.
- This dish is real yummy to eat and every one if you had ever come to India, must try it.
- It's one of the best dish in indian. We Indian like it much more. You may eat it with some katchup of with curd (with little salt).
