Hi all! Today I made something a little different than usual. I was walking around Costco and I found these pizza crusts that were made out of cauliflower and chick pea and I bought one in hopes to make something delicious out of it.
The pizza crust came with out toppings, so I ended up making my own toppings out of pesto, spinach, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese, check out the recipe below!
The crust itself was actually very good, especially when it was topped with all these delicious toppings!
Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Pizza Sauce and 1/4 Cup Pesto
- Some Spinach
Instructions
- Top pizza
- Bake in oven at 400 F for 15 minutes
- Enjoy!
