Enjyoing the festive Reason of india....!

hello friends... how are you..? hope you all are doing well.... In India sawan season is going on, today i would like share one of famous sweet cuisine traditionally associated with the teej n upcoming raksha bandhan festival.

Ghever is disc shaped sweet cake cuisine of rajasthan state. It is crispy deep fried disc, soaked in sugar syrup and garnished with dryfruits, malai and silver sheet to make it more tempting n delicious.

Actually my brother bought this for me because ghever is one of my favourite sweet cuisine. He bought two ghever - one is mawa ghever and another was malai ghevar. This is the mawa ghevar- This classic bees web garnish with nuts n silver sheet was so yummy n delicious. while writing this blog it's taste is still in my tongue 🤪. Thankyou bro

It was so yummy n tempting that in every bite 'm getting the taste crispy sweet cake made up of clarified butter, nuts, heavily sweetness.

This one is malai ghever. It is garnish with malai(milk cream) with silver sheet. It is made up of all purpose flour and fried in a pure desi ghee. The interesting about this sweet is that you do not get it all through the year, you only get during the month of june -August for celebration of festivals like Teej and Rakhi.

What you say isn't it looking mouthwatering...?
Although i love cooking but I have never thought of making this in home, because it is very laborious n tough even tricky to make honeycomb structure. I alway enjoy it by buying from the market🤪
