Sausage

Pour into a bowl the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, pour the olive oil and water. Knead the dough.

And put it to rise in a warm place, cover the bowl with a clean towel.

Until the dough rises, it is possible to prepare filling. Cut cheese, sausage, mushrooms, olives.

Because half of dough is rolled pancake thickness of 0.5 cm. We spread it on a baking sheet coated with cooking paper or greased.

Top impose stuffing.

Put in the oven at 220 C.
