Tahu sumedang dikenal dengan gutuh dan renyahnya. Saya kerap menyempatkan beli tahu jika ke sumedang. Meski banyak juga yang jual tahu sumedang di daerah lain, tapi soal rasa dan renyahnya lebih juara di tempat asalnya.
Hal yang paling nampak, tahu sumedang di daerah asalnya lebih kriting. Dan tentunya jadi lebih renyah nan gurih.
