Green, unripe mangoes

This is just one of the weird Pinoy pairings i have known since i was a kid.
We (Filipinos) love having Green, unripe mangoes as a snack, and we enjoy dipping it on a fermented shrimp/fish paste. Others would prefer patis (fish sauce) or toyo (soy sauce) with brown sugar or plainly with rock salt.
This combination is what I usually crave whenever my period is coming and my friends too.You should try it!!
