For today I 'll have fresh "Balades" with rosemary , lemon pieces , salt and extra virgin olive oil in the oven (180 calcium for 15').

Καλή χώνεψη, τώρα που σου γράφω...! Έχω να φάω μπαλάδες πάνω από 10 χρόνια...(τότε πούλησα την πιλοτίνα μου...) Πολύ νόστιμο ψάρι αλλά ψαρεύεται πολύ βαθιά ρε παιδί μου....!!!
Τώρα το έμαθα. Αν σας φέρει ο δρόμος στην Σάμο ευχαρίστως να το κανονίσουμε !
(Την ερχόμενη εβδομάδα θα έρθω Αθήνα και σκέφτομαι να συναντήσω όσους ταιριάζουν τα ωράρια μας. Πες το και στον Andy)
