RAINBOW NICE CREAM - raw vegan recipe!

Raw ice cream full of good stuff - a nice cream for unicorns and Steemians!

The banana adds sweetness instead of sugar. Strawberries, blueberries, green matcha tea, mango, lemon and blackberries boost with good flavors, vitamins, antioxidants and magic colors.

Why not eat it for breakfast?

Here's the recipe:

4 big bananas, sliced and frozen
0.5 dl blackberries
0.5 dl blueberries
1 dl strawberries
A pinch of organic vanilla powder
1 dl mango
1 tablespoon of squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon matcha tea

• Mix one banana with blueberries and blackberries. One banana with strawberries and vanilla powder. One banana with mango and one banana with matcha tea and squeezed lemon.
• Rinse the mixer carefully between each mix so that the colors don't blend.
• Freeze each taste in separate bowls for a little while.
• Put all four nicecreams in a larger bowl.

Create any pattern you like by draw a knife in the soft ice cream. Freeze. You could also freeze one color/taste at a time, put the next one on top and freeze etc to create layers - like a rainbow.

Let the nice cream melt a little bit before serving.

Enjoy a scoop of vegan magic and sparkle some fruit and nuts on top!
