To kick off my nutrition transformation I have started with a very delicious sunday morning breakfast.
Wild salmon with organic apples on organic whole grain bread (the bread is very thinly cut as I need to watch the carbohydrates intake)
Wild salmon with sliced 1/4 of avocado on organic whole grain bread
Two fried eggs with green paprika on little organic olive oil on organic whole grain bread, topped with organic water cress sprouts
Some greens sprinkled with lemon juice
I always make sure to use as many organic products as possible for better results.
