Todays breakfast: Two slices of organic whole grain bread with wild salmon, avocado, apples, eggs and greens

To kick off my nutrition transformation I have started with a very delicious sunday morning breakfast.

  • Wild salmon with organic apples on organic whole grain bread (the bread is very thinly cut as I need to watch the carbohydrates intake)

  • Wild salmon with sliced 1/4 of avocado on organic whole grain bread

  • Two fried eggs with green paprika on little organic olive oil on organic whole grain bread, topped with organic water cress sprouts

  • Some greens sprinkled with lemon juice

I always make sure to use as many organic products as possible for better results.
