It is called "vegetable soup".
The ingredents are;
Gizzard
Fresh fish
Smoked fish
Water leaf
Ugu leaf
Cannabis(optional)
Fresh pepper
Palm oil
Spices
The soup contains a lot of fibre for the body
It goes most with rice, pounded yam, cassava and so on.
