Caesar salad with salmon and avocado is one of nutrious salad i ever prepared. Its good for our skin, good for the heart and most especiall in our healthy lifestyle. Heres how to prepare the delicious and healthy salad.
Necessary products:
For the salad:
2 x 140 grams of fresh salmon without skin
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
pinch of salt
half a lemon juice
¼ cup of smoked bacon, prepared
2 eggs sewed
1 salad iceberg, washed and dried
1 avocado, cut into slices
½ cup of croutons
About dressing:
2 tablespoons of milk mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of thick yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 fillet of anchovies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan
salt and pepper
Preparation:
✔Turn the oven grill (warm up to medium heat). Place the chopped bread in a baking pan and sprinkle with olive oil and thyme. Bake for a few minutes until the bread is red, stir and bake again until you have evenly baked croutons.
✔Season the salmon fillets with garlic in powder and salt. Heat a non-stick pan at medium temperature. Pour the pan slightly with olive oil and fry the salmon until it is golden on both sides.
✔Remove the finished salmon from the pan and drain the lemon juice on each fillet. Put the fish in the oven warm while preparing the remaining ingredients. In the same pan, add the chopped bacon and fry until it becomes golden and crunchy. While the bacon is fried, prepare the sacked eggs.
✔ Put a small bowl of water and add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and a pinch of salt. Once the water is boiling, reduce the temperature of the hob to an average of 9 degrees to 4 and 1/2. Water should not boil vigorously, but almost imperceptible.
✔Break the egg into a small cup. Spoon with water in the center of the water. Pour the egg quickly from the low water into the center of the whirlpool. Allow to boil but without boosting the heat until the protein tightens. About 3-4 minutes. Take out the egg using a spoonful.
✔For dressing, mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, olive oil, garlic, anchovies, parmesan and lemon juice. Pass briefly until you get a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
✔Serve by arranging in two large plates an iceberg with salmon and bacon, avocado slices and croutons. Garnish with dressing.
