Okonomiyaki is one of my favourite Japanese food, I would have one in Japan whenever I can. One of the reason is I couldn't find Okonomiyaki Restaurant in Hong Kong. So when I bumped into Dohton Bori, I told myself I have to try this one.
お好み焼是我其中一種很喜歡的日本菜式，每次到日本我都會盡量去吃一餐，因為在香港找不到這類日本餐廳。所以當我發現這家 "お好み焼 道とん堀" 之時，我就決定一定要試它一試。
Finally, I got the chance! We would like to find a place for dinner after movie at about 9:30pm. Most of the restaurants were closed, this one was the limited few that still open at that time. So we got a table after a short while of wait.
終於有一晚我們看過電影之後，大幾晚上9:30左右時，我們想找間餐廳叫晚飯，附近為數不多還開門營業的餐廳當中，這家是其中之一，我們就立即決定要試試。最後在短暫等待之後就被帶領到我們的坐位了。
It looked very similar to other Okonomiyaki restaurants in Japan.
餐廳的裝修跟其他的お好み焼餐廳差不多。
One thing that I thought was considerate and done better than Japan was this phone charging facility. Didn't find this in Japan yet.
有一點我覺得做等比日本優勝的，就是這個手機充電位置，在日本的餐廳都還找不到。
Based on the table settings, you could realize that the restaurant expected customers to cook by themselves, which was very traditional Japanese style Okonomiyaki restaurant.
觀孚這裏的卓上擺設，你大慨估計得到餐廳是希望客戶自己煮食吧。
In additional to the menu, there were instructions of how to cook! You could not complaint about not knowing how to cook.
除了餐牌，還有如何煮お好み焼的指示。再也沒有不會烹調的理由！

Two things are new for me that charging facility and those pots. It reminds of those lines of my book in which i read; Every piece of the land has it's very own culture according to their theory of life.
