Potato Donut
Ingredients:
300 gr wheat flour with high protein
100 grams of steamed brown potatoes
30 gr sugar
1 1/2 tsp of instant yeast
10 gr milk powder
1 egg
150 ml of ice water
30 gr margarine
1 tsp salt
Topping:
50 gr butter cream
100 gr grated cheddar cheese
Besides strawberries
Chocolate jam

How to make:
- Mix wheat flour, potato, sugar, instant yeast and milk powder. Stir well.
- Add the dough with eggs and ice water a little stir until smooth
- Enter margarine and salt. Stir until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Flatten the dough until each weighs 15 grams, round.
- Put the dough on a baking pan that has been sprinkled with flour and let stand until the dough expands for 45 minutes
- Bake the dough in 10 minutes with a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius. Lift and chill.
